Dear Rovin Net Subscriber;
As you are aware we are in the process of switching our email system over to Google Apps to provide 7 Gigs of space, Free Document management, customer Start page and other cool features.
This migration has taken several weeks and the final step is being performed over the weekend.
This is the final notice of the switch. By now you should have had plenty of time to back up your email content as instructed in the previous three emails sent.
Here are the details you will need to log into your new Rovin Net email account:
http://mail.google.com/a/rovin.net
Username: Your username is the same on the new system, but now you no longer have to log in with the complete email address. Jut use the first part.
Password: The new system uses the same password as your old Rovin Net email account.
(*** Note that some users had very short and insecure passwords. If you had a short password, simply add 3 lowercase z’s to your old password. For Example: If your password was ‘pass’ then your new password is ‘passzzz’)

•Start page – http://partnerpage.google.com/rovin.net
Remember you will be able to access your old email account after the switch by logging into this link:
https://webmail.safepages.com/src/login.php
We will leave this system up for 14 days after the switch. Any email that comes in during the switch will either route to the new system or the old system and you will be able to access both for a couple weeks to make sure you don’t loose any new email that came in during the switchover.
Please save this message because any future messages from us will come into your new email box at the link provided above.
Thanks again;
Rovin Net
