I remember the days of having to explain what the internet was and how it worked.  (Can you imagine?) I remember many long phone calls and personal consulting sessions just trying to explain why a business owner would even need a website. Seems amazing now, but imagine trying to explain the telephone to the owner of the local general store. Then try to sell them one.

I’m glad those days are gone, but the intervening years also had many challenges. Once ecommerce and internet business became common, the race was on and it became the monster industry it is today.
